Creating the Future of the Mediterranean
19 Sep 13:30 - 19 Sep 18:00, Brussels, Belgium
Creating the Future of the Mediterranean is an event that engages EU and UNESCO decision-makers in an open dialogue with selected young leaders and emerging youth stakeholders. This dialogue will focus on key themes that are relevant to the Mediterranean region, highlighting the experiences and lessons learned from the EU-funded NET-MED Youth Project.
The event is also an opportunity for brainstorming - involving partner youth organizations from Northern and Southern Mediterranean countries - about ways youth can be mobilized to find solutions in common critical areas, such as youth public participation, prevention of violent extremism, sustainable development, cultural heritage, freedom of expression and media and information literacy.
